Liz is committed to helping people tap into their authentic voice to lead their most fulfilling, impactful lives.

She is an empathetic, effective facilitator with experience leading trainings for nonprofits and funders across five continents. In her work,  Liz often felt the anxiety-provoking need to perfect and perform to feel valued. With Speaking Circles, she learned the transformative practice of relational presence—being with one person at a time from a place of stillness and listening. Now as a certified Speaking Circles® facilitator, Liz offers online and in-person workshops in which individuals develop comfort and natural magnetism as communicators, and teams build trust and community.

For the past decade, Liz has worked as a trusted philanthropic advisor to individual and family funders. Partnering with them to channel their passions and skills, she has helped to advance change in sectors ranging from human rights to food sustainability to gender justice. She draws on this experience in her work as a coach and Speaking Circles® facilitator, helping individuals articulate and live from their deepest values and truth, which she believes is critical to achieving lasting social change.

Liz is particularly interested in supporting women to express their authentic voice and experience. Deeply committed to advancing the rights and lives of women and girls, she has served on the advisory board of the Alliance for Girls in Oakland, CA; consulted on grantmaking with the Global Fund for Women; and worked with a nonprofit to address violence against women in Bogotá, Colombia.

A certified yoga teacher engaged with her inclusive spiritual community in the Bay Area, Liz is inspired to help others find freedom in their bodies, trust their voice, and bring themselves fully into every aspect of their lives.
