Speaking Circles helped me discover that I have a voice and I have something to say to the world. The noise in my head kept me rooted in fear, guilt and shame. Speaking circles taught me to hear my inner voice, my inner truth.

The practice of speaking in front of people, looking at one person at a time, speaking if words arise has changed my life. Being with one person at a time began to dissolve my fears. 

The space I used to live inside was very small. Having found my inner voice, my inner truth, my world has expanded and the fear, guilt and shame have dissipated. Today, I feel freer and happy.
